USX Kicks Off United Way Campaign

USX Corporation will kick off its United Way Campaign from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Friday, September 14, 2001 with a party on the plaza at USX Tower.

All proceeds collected from the event will be contributed through the United Way of Allegheny County to the "September 11th Fund," a disaster relief fund established by the United Way of New York to provide relief to victims of the recent terrorist attacks and their families.

Scheduled to appear for photographs and autographs are B-94 morning team of John, Dave, Bubba and Shelly; Susan Barnett, KDKA-TV Channel 2; Stan Savran and Guy Junker, FOX Sports; and Gina Redmond, WPXI-TV Channel 11. There will also be a number of games and events held throughout the day.

In case of rain, the party will be moved indoors to the lobby and auditorium of the building.
